What PilotRadar is
PilotRadar is an information tool. It estimates which flying jobs you may qualify for based on the certificates, ratings, and flight hours you provide, and shows the requirements it used. It is not a recruiter, an employer, a flight school, or a legal or FAA authority.
Eligibility results are estimates
Job requirements are drawn from employer postings and public sources and may be out of date, incomplete, or wrong. A “qualified” result does not guarantee an interview, an offer, or that you legally meet an operator’s or the FAA’s requirements. Always confirm requirements directly with the employer and verify your own currency and legal qualification. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
Your account
Sign-in is by one-time email link. Keep access to your email secure. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Do not use the service to impersonate someone else or to submit false employer or pilot information.
Employers
Employer accounts may post roles (which are reviewed before they appear to pilots) and, once verified, may view anonymized profiles of pilots who have opted in and may express interest in them. Employers must provide accurate company information, may contact a pilot only after that pilot accepts, must use pilot information solely for recruiting for their own roles, and must not copy, store beyond that purpose, or redistribute it. Misuse ends the account.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, bulk-download, or attempt to de-anonymize other users; do not probe or bypass access controls; do not upload malware or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PilotRadar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for career, employment, or financial decisions made in reliance on the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (which for a free account is zero).
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted by updating the date above. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
